Materials and articles in contact with foodstuffs – Reusable plastic tableware for food contact use – Definition and test method

Scope

This document specifies the test method to verify that plastic tableware manufactured by thermoforming or injection moulding process can be used at least 5 times after each dishwashing process. It also specifies the test method to verify the minimum number of uses that can be made of the article after each dishwashing process.

Compliance with this standard does not exempt from compliance with the current legislation on plastic food contact materials
