European and International standards on labelling of products: they are an important and integral part of the products and packaging. They provide information to customers and other citizens on the safety and characteristics of the product.
Several CEN, CENELEC, ISO and IEC standards provide requirements for labelling of a wide range of products: from food, toys, household appliances, medical devices, textiles, chemicals, pyrotechnic articles or even products containing nanomaterials.
