According to Article 14 (Presumption of conformity) of Directive 2013/53/EU on recreational craft and personal watercraft, products which are in conformity with harmonised standards or parts thereof the references of which have been published in the Official Journal of the European Union shall be presumed to be in conformity with the requirements covered by those standards or parts thereof, set out in this Directive.
