Scope

This standard defines requirements, test procedures and markings for safety devices for connecting hoses lines among themselves and to ensure the connection of the liquid pressure creating device and the liquid pressure consuming device hose lines for the use with high-pressure cleaners, high-pressure water jet machines and water jet cutting machines according to EN 1829-1 with a permissible pressure from 250 ° bar to 2.500 bar and a temperature range of -10 degrees Celsius to + 70 degrees Celcius.
