Thermal installations are used in cement, lime and gypsum production and cover the wet, semi-wet and dry processes. This standard deals with the following types of machines: Dryer (e.g. rotary dryer, fluidised bed dryer, flash dryer). These are machines in which materials are dried. (e.g. impact dryer). These are machines in which materials are dried and crushed.
