RBE Assessment System: Climate Risk Evaluation at Building and Neighbourhood scale

Scope

The document provides a harmonised methodological framework, aligned with IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) risk concept, to identify, assess and prioritise climate hazards, exposures and vulnerabilities, supporting evidence-based decision-making for designing and planning climate adapted buildings and neighbourhoods. It specifies assessment process, criteria, indicators, normalisation and aggregation rules, as well as guidance for data collection, contextualisation and interpretation of results.
