Scope

The deliverable defines the process for creating validation artefacts for all syntaxes supported by the CEN/TS 16931-3 series.
The deliverable defines a technical process for each syntax defined in the CEN/TS 16931-3 series on how to apply validation artefacts
on instances of the respective syntaxes.
Existing validation artefacts should be aligned to the outcome of this work item.
