Scope

This NPWI aims to identify the phases of the credit management service process, such as:

- Assessment of the company’s financial structure and credit risk, defining the company’s vision and mission of the function;
− Segregation of roles, activities and responsibilities, and definition of the KPI;
− Definition of the selection criteria, customer targeting and credit ratings;
− Collateral management (insurance and instruments of guarantee, etc.);
− Management of orders and of respect of credit lines;
− Monitoring of customers and ascertaining the adequacy of credit lines;
− Periodical analysis of any critical aspects throughout the active cycle process and collection activity;
− Recovery out of court, through the court, fiscal assessment of trade receivables and management of the enterprise in crisis;
− Analysis of the results achieved and related deviation from the programmed goals.
