Scope

This European Technical Report will lay down the technical rationale for an E10+ fuel specification with an oxygen content of 3,7-8,0% m/m and a maximum of 20 % v/v ethanol content.

It will explain the technical rationale for the parameter limits expressed in the Technical Specification.
