Guidelines for the compliance to REACH of ELT-derived materials cen:proj:77031

Scope

This document provides to ELT recyclers and producers of ELT-derived materials, the procedures to be followed to verify the compliance with the European REACH and CLP Regulations.

This document, in fact, intends to guide these subjects to identify the substances contained in the granulates and powders, identifying the obligations under the abovementioned European Regulations and the operating procedures to fulfil these obligations.

In addition, the procedures are provided for the fulfilment of possible future obligations in the event of updating the European Regulations, based on new information and assessments about the hazard’s properties of the substances by the competent bodies.
