Scope

This standard specifies requirements for the management and operation of the facilities of spa and wellness centres for public use and safety requirements and test methods for any associated equipment including public spas and hot tubes for indoor and outdoor use.

It does not include pools and facilities already covered by public swimming public pools within CEN/TC 136 and domestic pools and spas within CEN/TC 402.
