This document deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations and events which are relevant to calibrating - finish
sanding machines used to calibrate and/or to sand panels and/or linear workpieces consisting of solid wood and wood based materials such as chipboard, fibreboard, plywood, fitted with an integrated feed and sanding belt(s) positioned over and/or under the workpiece level and working in the panel feed direction, hereinafter referred to as "machines", when they are used as intended and under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer.
