Scope

The document specifies the requirements and classification of fire fighting centrifugal pumps without priming devices up to a delivery rate of 6000 l/min. The pumps are normally used in mobile applications such as airfield crash trucks and as submersible pumps. The pumps can operate within different pressure ranges and delivery rates.
