To collect & consolidate the Spectrum Requirements of all the IEC TCs, SCs &SyCs; understand the ITU- R processes to include any specific Spectrum requirements for assessment of Global Stake holders for discussions and develop proposals base d on identified requirements of IEC Stakeholders.
