This document specifies product characteristics and test methods for flat products (profiled and
non-profiled plates/sheets, strips, wide flats), long products (sections, hollow sections, bars, rod,), piles
and sheet piles of structural steels.
The steels specified in this document are intended for use in welded, bolted and riveted
structures.
