Scope

ISO 11290-1:20XX specifies a horizontal method for the detection of Listeria species sensu stricto: L. monocytogenes, welshimeri, innocua, seeligeri, ivanovii.
ISO 11290-1:20XX is applicable to:
- products intended for human consumption and for the feeding of animals, and
- environmental samples in the area of food production and food handling.
