Scope

Specifies methods for conformance testing of telecontrol equipment, amongst substation automation systems and telecontrol systems, including front-end functions of SCADA. Facilitates interoperability by providing a standard method of testing protocol implementations. Is expected to minimize the risk of non-interoperability.
