Scope

This European Standard specifies product characteristics,test methods and performance criteria for control and indicating equipment (CIE), for use in fire detection and fire alarm systems for buildings and civil engineering works (see EN 54‐1 for information).
This European Standard provides for the assessment and verification of constancy of performance (AVCP) of control and indicating equipment to this EN.
