Revision of DIN VDE 0293 (VDE 0293):1990-01 - Identification of cores in cables and flexible cords used in power installations with nominal voltages up to 1000 V

Scope

With the revision of this standard, it is intended to add the colour blue to the existing colours green-yellow and black for cables and cords with six or more cores. This means that the cores are easily identifiable by the colours blue and black as neutral conductor and line conductor respectively and that the additional number imprint ensures the unambiguous assignment of the neutral conductor to the corresponding line conductor
