Scope

This standard applies to electric storage heaters that are portable stationary transportable, stationary but transportable to a limited extend and those that are fixed, with controlled heat output, and which are intended for household use and similar purposes. For stationary non-transportable storage heaters, this standard is to be used by analogy. It specifies test methods for determining the heat content. Heat output of the storage heater is measured by means of a calorimeter and the heat content and the table of values for the heat output evaluation.
