Scope

This standard applies to electric storage heaters that are portable stationary transportable, stationary but transportable to a limited extend and those that are fixed, with controlled heat output, and which are intended for household use and similar purposes. For stationary non-transportable storage heaters, this standard is to be used by analogy.
