Scope

This project applies to the erection and maintenance of power installations, including safety power installations, in areas and associated safety exit routes in communal facilities that are used for the purposed described as follows: Communal facilities, when the assembly room holds more than specified numbers of patrons as follows: (1) Communal facilities with raised platforms or theatre stages and for film shows and sound and image reproductions; (2) Communal facilities with uncovered theatre stages; (3) Communal facilities with uncovered sports areas (4) Communal facilities with assembly rooms in schools, museums and similar buildings.
