The exemplary technical plans need to be adapted to different stages of the planning during a project development. The level of detail should increase with the process of project development. Different kind of plans during the project development are used in Austria: - Determination of groundwork, - Preliminary planning, - Blue print planning, - Permission planning, - Final planning. In order to assist at negotiations of contract between customer and supplier, examples of these plans are given
