ÖVE-MG 751 Part 1:1990 gives definitions and instructions for testing equipments in use (safety requirements for type testing are not covered by this document) - ÖVE-MG 751 has been developed as national Austrian standard and is mandatory according to the Austrian Electrical decree (ETG 1992, BGB1 N°106/1993)
