Scope

This standard applies to electric storage heaters that are portable stationary transportable, stationary but transportable to a limited extend whose performance characteristics shall be tested and shall meet the corresponding requirements. It specifies guidelines for the use of these storage heaters for room heating. For stationary non-transportable storage heaters with controlled heat ouput, this standard is to be used by analogy.
