The objective is to define the technical conditions that must be met by aerial optical distribution boxes, when used in the shared optical access network as defined by the French regulatory body, ARCEP.
In this context, these boxes are designed to accommodate flexible micromodules made of EN IEC 60793-2-50 B-657.A2 fibres.
Their function is to make the junction between the distribution cables and the drop cables
