Scope

This European Standard defines the general conditions for making thermogravimetric measurements on polymers and on polymer binder based material, used as products and systems for the protection and repair of concrete structures. Thermogravimetric data may be used to determine the internal temperature and rate of decomposition of polymers; at the same time, the amounts of volatiles, additives, and fillers can also be measured.
