Precious metals - Marking of precious metal articles

Scope

This European standard specifies a method for marking articles made wholly or partly from precious metal, and the circumstances in which they can be marked. It also gives guidance on a retailers' notice in Annex B, and a market surveillance procedure in Annex C.
