Scope

This standard represents a supplement to the proposed Part 1, and will specify specific requirements for reactive fire protection products, additional to those given in Part 1, that are applicable when a product is to be applied to structural members made from non-ferrous based metallic material with the intention of providing those structural members with fire resistance performance.
