Scope

This standard is applicable to all kinds of agricultural, forestry, landscaping and gardening (including amenity use) machinery whether stationary, mobile (pedestrian controlled, ride-on drive, mounted or trailed), protable or hand held with the exclusion of tractors (as defined in article 1 (1) of Council Directive 74/150/EEC), agricultural aircraft and air cushion vehicle.
