Scope

This European Standard specifies what is required at the terminal during common port transit and on board the ship to ensure the safe transfer of LNG at receiving and exporting terminals. It is applicable to ship/shore LNG systems including:
- Ship to shore connection,
- All safety aspects of transfer operations,
- Any other operations that occur while the ship is in port area.
