Adhesives - Water based - Determination of sustained combustibility (closed cup method)

Scope

This European Standard describes a pass/fail test method for the determination of the ability of adhesives, their basic constituents and related products to sustain combustion under specified conditions. Though this Standard was developed for water based products, it shall also apply to non-water based adhesives with a solvent content # 10%.
