Scope

This European Standard describes requirements and test methods for non-electrical disable devices that prevent during maintenance work in the protected room or object any kind of unintentional release (automatic or manual) of CO2 installations or in multiple-zone systems of each individual flooding zone without disabling the fire detection and alarm functions. NOTE: This standard can be used as guidance for testing electrical disable devices which work on different principles.
