Protective clothing - Electrostatic properties - Part 4: Garment test prEN 1149-4

Scope

This European Standard specifies methods of measuring the ability of garments to dissipate electrostatic charge when connected to earth in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. Test method 1 is only applicable to homogeneous materials. Test method 2 is applicable to all materials, including homogeneous materials and inhomogeneous materials with surface conducting fibres and core conducting fibres.
