Scope

This European Standard specifies the requirements for uncoated high strength steel strands or zinc or zinc alloy coated high strength steel strands, encapsulated with a mineral oil-based grease of metallic basis and a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheath for the prestressing of concrete.
