Scope

This European Standard specifies a method for the determination of the dimensional stability, (i.e. shrinkage and expansion movements) due to changes in moisture content, of mortars containing hydraulic mineral binders and normal, as well as light weight aggregates. This method applies to masonry and rendering mortars, both normal and retarded.
