Scope

This document describes the requirements to be met by the eID Scheme so that the on-boarding – whose workflow is described in part 1 - reaches the Level of Assurance “High”. In addition, this document also proposes recommendations (optional) to be applied.
For each requirement and recommendation, this document provides explanations and possible way to implement it, where applicable.
