Digital Identity Wallet – Guidelines for the onboarding of person identification data – Part 3: Requirements for Wallet Provider

Scope

This document describes the requirements to be met by the Wallet Provider, including the Wallet Unit for which it is responsible, so that the on-boarding – whose workflow is described in part 1 - reaches the Level of Assurance “High”. In addition, this document also proposes recommendations to be applied.
For each requirement and recommendation, this document provides explanations and possible way to implement it, where applicable.
This part also covers the User identification and authentication operations in relation to the User Account and the User identification and authentication operations to the Wallet Unit to access the Wallet Unit (excluding the use of PID keys).
