Technical Report
The Technical Report can be applied for smart meters that are placed on the European market and are in scope of the RED-DA. All commodity meters (electricity, gas, water and thermal energy) are covered by this Technical Report.
The Technical Report explains which smart meters are in scope, what are the assets in the smart meter that should be protected and the architecture of a smart metering system that shows the environment of smart meters. Then it details the application of requirements.
