Natural gas fuelling stations — Guidance for implementation of European standards on CNG and LNG stations for fuelling vehicles

Scope

This Technical Report provides guidance to support organizations with the implementation of the European standards on CNG and LNG stations for fuelling vehicles, namely EN ISO 16923:2026 and EN ISO 16924:2026.
EN ISO 16923:2026 and EN ISO 16924:2026 are intended to be globally applicable. For this reason, they cannot specifically address European standards, European legislation and other European regulatory requirements.
This Technical Report supports the implementation of EN ISO 16923:2026 and EN ISO 16924:2026 within the European regulatory framework. It provides links between the standards and equivalent European standards and identifies relevant European legislation and regulations, where applicable.
This Technical Report is informative and does not contain requirements additional to those specified in EN ISO 16923:2026 and EN ISO 16924:2026.
