Scope

This specification will describe the use of tpeg-cttML as applied to tpegML messages. The tpegML Application for congestion and travel time Information (tpeg-cttML) will describe the tpeg-cttML "Application" as applied to tpegML messages within the series of specifications. The Congestion and travel time Information Application will be designed to primarily assist a road traveller to obtain information about location and degree of congestion or a travel time required between starting and ending points. Furthermore, this application will be designed to include the multi media data, such as audio and video.
