Scope

This part of CEN ISO TS 11290 specifies a horizontal method for the enumeration of Listeria monocytogenes and other Listeria species.
Subject to the limitations discussed in the introduction, this part of CEN ISO 11290 TS is applicable to products intended for human consumption or animal feeding and to samples taken from the environment.
