Application of data exchange for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) components

Scope

This document analyses ISO 15000-5 and other component data standards, and provides a use case of data exchange in COTS components by applying CC/BIE model based on ISO 15000-5 to COTS component data from different stakeholders. This document is applicable to COTS component data exchange among different stakeholders. It can also be a reference to bridge the gap among the component data standards.
