Scope

This document specifies the test method for electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) of symmetrical cells made of conductive fine ceramic materials and solid electrolyte at elevated temperatures up to 1 000℃. The test method is applicable to conductive fine ceramic materials used for fuel cells, water electrolytic cells, etc.
