Dentistry — Marginal fit of dental restorations fabricated using chairside CAD/CAM systems ISO/AWI 26704

Scope

This document specifies test methods to evaluate the marginal fit of  restorations, such as inlay and crown, through the clinical workflow (scanning (input) to final restorations (output)) using a chairside CAD/CAM system. The test methods described in this standard are limited only to the chairside CAD/CAM system using a one-visit treatment workflow.  
These test methods do not cover restoration  fabricated using additive manufacturing methods.
