This document specifies the activities and responsibilities of AM operators in the field of AM technologies dealing with ploymer parts production. 
This document is applicable to all polymer processes that are described by ISO/AST 17296-2. In this context, the skills, tasks and responsibilities for different levels of AM polymer operators are typically adapted according to the applicable regulations, depending on the process.
This document provides guidance for qualification of AM machine operators in general industrial applications.
