Scope

Cancels and replaces the first edition (1984). Lays down requirements for two grades of resin rubber and high-hardness rubber soling materials, for soling without a heavy pattern, for use on footwear: grade 1 - men's, boys' and girls' footwear; grade 2 - women's footwear, footwear for light use, such as indoor footwear, including slippers.
