Scope

This part of IEC 62005 is applicable to protective housings, mainly include sealed closures, free breathing closures, boxes and wall outlets. It contains the minimum test requirements in different severities as defined in IEC 61753-1. The protective housings shall satisfy the reliability requirements in order to be qualified.
