Scope

The goal of this Technical Report is to show the following by the 21 st century: The target for system LSI (large scale integration) in 2002, called the Cyber-Giga-Chip (CGC), design and test methodology to be used for system LSI, Electronic design automation (EDA) technology to assist design and test the system LSI, an EDA roadmap for each important application area in 2002.
