at frequencies from 15 Hz to 100 Hz. Applies basically to
transformers with separate windings, but also to autotransformers.
This consolidated version consists of the first edition (1996),
its amendment 1 (2000) and its amendment 2 (2002). Therefore, no
need to order amendments in addition to this publication.
